The practice of money politics damages the essence fairness in democracy. It can encourage abnormalities democracy if its is seen as acceptable by young voters. perceptions and reactions voters about influence implementation fair state politics. This study aimed to examine among student Surabaya their resistance it. also attempted respond a gap literature regarding research method consisted two stages; first, exploring responses through focus group discussions, second, specifically using phenomenological with various empirical experiences individual awareness actions found that carried out acts but not real resistance.
